The Breakthrough Builder is a transformative leadership cohort designed to unlock unprecedented possibility in your life and leadership by reconnecting you to the answers you hold within.

In The Breakthrough Builder, you’ll be part of an embodied and experiential learning experience inclusive of personalized coaching, cohort-based community practice, and a suite of curated leadership tools for clarifying what you want, restoring your center, and taking aligned action.

Over the course of our journey together, you will:

  • identify and clarify a deeply-desired breakthrough in an area of your life or leadership;

  • discover how slowing down to listen and come home to yourself is the foundation to unlocking and accelerating the path to your desired breakthrough; and

  • create and observe concrete evidence of a new reality taking shape around you as a result of the shifts happening within you.

Together with your cohort, you will experience:

  • transformative mindset shifts to release beliefs that limit or slow your progress;

  • practices and tools for accessing clarity of vision and more rapid decision-making;

  • increased capacity to take aligned action toward your most inspired goals.

I am an educator turned executive turned entrepreneur who is committed to supporting leaders in liberating the powerful possibilities they hold within so they can enjoy lives of choice, ease, and positive impact.

I create embodied and experiential learning experiences for leaders, teams, and organizations whose work supports communities to thrive.

I honor and celebrate the ancestors, teachers, and coaches who have shaped my learning journey. My work builds upon the collective fabric of shared knowledge and celebrates the inner knowing we all hold within.

Fun bits of my background that have shaped how I coach…

  • I am a first-generation college graduate.

  • I was a high school English teacher on the US-Mexico border.

  • I became an executive leader at the age of 26.

  • I led HR and people work during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • I am a certified yoga instructor and Nia instructor.

  • I have sung my heart out (twice) on Broadway, in the middle of Times Square.

    • The Fall 2025 Breakthrough Builder is offered at $2,500 per participant.

    • The Breakthrough Builder plus Monthly 1:1 Coaching Add-On is offered at $4,000 per participant.

    • We offer a $100 discount to honor the time of any participant in The Breakthrough Builder who chooses to offer feedback on their experience to support enhancements to future iterations of the program. This includes completing a closing survey (approximately 30 minutes).
