Meet Laura

Laura Saldivar Luna (she/her/ella) is a leadership coach, speaker, and the founder of Piñata Possible, a transformational coaching practice devoted to helping leaders come home to themselves so they can lead with clarity, wholeness, and power.

Laura works with mission-driven leaders, teams, and organizations who sense that what once worked is no longer enough. In partnership, her clients access deeper truths, loosen the grip of internal limitations, and create impact that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fully their own. Through this work, they experience powerful breakthroughs that open new pathways to possibility in leadership and in life.

Laura brings over two decades of experience in education and executive leadership, including serving as Chief People Officer at Teach For America and founding executive director of the organization in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Her work is shaped by both proximity to power and a deep belief in the limitless potential of people.

Laura thrives in the space in between. As a coach and facilitator, she guides clients to explore where achievement meets allowing, where structure supports intuition, and where effort includes ease. She is known for helping clients find clarity in the midst of tension and uncover possibility in moments of transition.

A proud Latina leader, Laura is deeply rooted in community. She currently serves on the board of the SAISD Foundation and as District 7 Commissioner on the San Antonio Parks and Recreation Board.

She shares life with her husband David, their two children, Paloma and Lucas, and three corgis who keep things lively. She finds joy in yoga, dancing, journaling, and long conversations over tea—and will gladly talk your ear off about colorful pens and Disneyland, while holding space for you to declare your biggest and boldest dreams.
