Coaching is partnership
I believe that a coaching partnership is special and sacred.
When I partner with a leader to support them in unlocking the breakthroughs that matter most to them, trust is central, and their highest good is the guide.
Through our coaching partnership, we co-create a container of support that allows them to step to their edge, declare bold visions for their future, and clear the way for their possibilities to become reality.
We center their wholeness and humanity, always honoring that there is infinite wisdom within, waiting to be heard and put into practice.
We explore past patterns and conditioned beliefs to break free from anything that limits or diminishes their innate power.
We develop practices that allow them to center and steady themselves in times of challenge and uncertainty, allowing this powerful inner core to be the source of any plans, goals, and aligned action steps.
We co-create a loving accountability that accelerates progress by slowing down to reflect, learn, forgive, and discern what’s missing that wants to be created next.
Coaching spaces are filled with questions and ideas, and they welcome laughter, tears, and deep breaths that allow the whispers of the heart to come forward.
Because I work with social impact leaders who serve bold missions for expanding well-being for others, I see time and time again that their 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 transformation journeys often unlock transformation within the organizations, endeavors, and communities they lead. It’s a beautiful cycle that treats “self” as the first system to seed any desired intention or change.
Today, I celebrate and lift up the work of three leaders (all Latina founders!) whom I have had the privilege of partnering with on their coaching journey:
🦋 Viridiana Tule Carrizales, the CEO and Co-Founder of ImmSchools, for being a model of 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. She reminds me that our ancestors were leaders, and from them, we inherit infinite strength.
🦋 Stephanie Guerra, the CEO and Founder of Puro Pinche for being a model of 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲. She reminds me that our voices have unique resonance and when we proudly raise them, we can inspire others to do the same.
🦋 Laura Molinar, MSSW, the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of Sueños Sin Fronteras de Tejas (SSFTX) for being a model of 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. She reminds me that power grows when we celebrate the collective and honor everyone’s spoken and unspoken needs within it.
If you are feeling called to lead differently, you are not alone. As you step to your edge and take bold leaps into possibility, you will discover that resilience, courage, and compassion show up to remind you that you are on the right path.
